Are there any contraindications to consider when working with the breath?

There are some contraindications to consider when working with the concious connected breath (CCB). If any of the below apply, you are still welcome to join us, but the invitation is to breath through the nose over the CCB.

What are those contraidications?

1) Cardiovascular disease 2) High blood pressure 3) Detatched retina or glaucoma 4) Uncontrolled diabetes 5) Diagnosed Schizophrenia 6) Brain or abdomen aneurysm 7) Diagnosed bipolar 8) Epilepsy or seizures 9) Currently pregnant 10) Uncontrolled thyroid condition
