Ulster Rugby are hosting information seminars entitled 'Concussion Recognition and Management'. These seminars are aimed at players, parents, teachers, coaches and officials, at all levels, as we need to create awareness amongst everyone involved within our Clubs and Schools.
In order to make the seminar as meaningful as possible, all attendees are asked to register and complete the World Rugby ‘Concussion Management Interactive Learning Module’ before coming to the seminar. At the end of the online module you will be issued with a certificate of completion, which you should print off and bring to the seminar. The module can be accessed by visiting: - ‘Concussion Management for the General Public’ http://irbplayerwelfare.com/?documentid=module&module=21 (please note you will be required to create a log in)
The IRFU’s specific policy in relation to ‘Graduated Return to Play’ protocols is available at http://www.irishrugby.ie/downloads/IRFU-Guide-to-Concussion.pdf
