Are you competing cheerleading?

Do you find full outs hard?

Is there a skill you have been desperate to achieve?

This is the session for you!

We will be conditioning the specific muscles used in cheerleading. A mixture of core strength, simulated stunt and tumble resistance training and cardio. Everything to make you fitter and stronger ready for the coming season. We will be practicing those core tumble shapes and tumble skill drills. Strength + Flexibility is the formula for all tumbling skills, so we will also be stretching and teaching you what you can do at home.

Please note, once you are checked into this session and come into the gym, there is no front of house open during this time for guests/parents to wait.

We ask that you bring a bottle of water, all jewellery is removed or taped up, hair is out of the face, you wear comfortable, sporting clothes and bare feet or cheer shoes.

Due to the positive and relaxed culture at Brave, we implement a closed session policy. We find this helps participants to feel at ease and confident to step outside their comfort zone to progress.

Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking. Please avoid parking in the neighbouring businesses spaces whilst they are open.
