Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Registration information can be changed until ticket sales end on Thursday 11th November at midnight. Please contact admin@parentingspecialchildren.co.uk to do so.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are only available on Early Bird tickets until 31st October. You can request that someone else attends in your place.

Can I pay by invoice?

Invoicing is available for professional attendees. Underneath the credit/debit card icons you will see 'Other Payment Options'. Click 'Show', then 'Send Invoice'. Note: If you book but don't pay the invoice in time and your attendees don't attend you will still be liable for payment of the invoice.

How do I get to the venue?

A shuttle bus service runs between Reading town centre and Thames Valley Park: https://thamesvalleypark.com/getting-here/ and parking is also available at the venue.
