Description

Want to find out what is going on in Dorset with accessibility issues?
Do you want to have input to the solutions and recommendations?
Are you a frontline worker delivering services or involved at a strategic level?

Then this event is for you!

This conference is organised by the Advice Dorset Partnership, and will identify and develop innovative ways to remove barriers which prevent people accessing services, with a focus on how can we ensure people can get the right advice at the right time, in a way that meets their needs. We will have speakers and presentations on a range of issues: transport, digital access, excluded groups and the 'hard to reach', cyber crime, financial exclusion, etc. There will also be themed discussion groups, and by the end of the day we will have pulled together a number of practical actions that the Advice Dorset Partnership can take forward.

You will have the opportunity to book onto one of the workshops and partake in the discussions on your chosen theme of: Digital, transport or barriers to accessing services.

This conference will be of interest to people working in the voluntary and statutory sectors acorss Dorset Bournemouth and Poole, both front-line workers delivering services and those working at a more strategic level including funders and commissioners.

A more detailed agenda will be available soon, and will include:
