Workshop Focus
Learn how to show up with confidence, ease, and authenticity — no fake hype or filters needed.
This event will be led by BIPC expert Margaret Sinclair, focussing on building up your confidence on camera and get those Insta reels recorded.

Guest speaker is videographer Eduardo Benfatti, who will be giving you some tips and tricks on how to make the most of your mobile for your content, so all you have to do is bring a smartphone that can record videos!

About the Speakers
Margaret Sinclair
Having worked with clients for over 18 years Margaret is an experienced and successful therapist. Initially training and practicing as an Osteopath, she witnessed the power of the mind in helping people experience less pain and heal faster.

So powerful were the results that when she got arthritis her next direction was clear – help people by using the power of their mind.

Margaret is qualified and experienced in helping people using Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, CBT and Life Coaching. She uses the knowledge and techniques of these therapies, along with years of experience, to create unique solutions to individual’s problems. This can be in the form of working with people 1-2-1 or by delivering workshops to groups, online and in-person.

Specialist areas Margaret loves include, stress and anxiety, building self-confidence, removing limiting beliefs, self-care, neurodiversity, and more.

Margaret’s business is called Mind Tamers, as she helps people tame their mind.

Eduardo Benfatti
Having worked in communications and marketing for many years, Eduardo is now a videographer who shows that creating high-quality videos is possible using just your phone. He has collaborated with numerous charities and businesses across Sussex, helping them tell their stories through video.

Eduardo’s career has spanned several industries, including finance, education, and personal training, but a life-changing experience led him to step behind the camera. That’s when he discovered his true passion: capturing and sharing the stories of others. (Who says you can’t reinvent yourself after 40?)

Today, Eduardo helps small businesses and individuals grow through video storytelling. He’s also specialising in AI video production, embracing new technologies that are reshaping how we create and connect.

His business, Wolfpack Videos, is named in honour of his late mother. You can find out more at wolfpackvideos.co.uk or connect with him on LinkedIn.

This is an in-person event at Conference Room 3, 1st floor of Jubilee Library, Brighton.

Following the event, the BIPC will send you a feedback form which we would be grateful if you could complete to allow us to monitor the success of our events.
