Hey there! Ready to boost your confidence to new heights? Join us for a 4-session hypnotherapy-based programme at Eastthorpe Hall. Let's embark on this journey together and unleash your full potential.

4 group sessions on 4 consecutive Mondays (in groups of 1-6 people) in person for relaxing and transformative hypnotherapy. Includes information booklet explaining what confidence is, why it can go wrong and how we can help it re-develop, worksheets & journal, stress-relieving and conditioning audio track and a confidence-boosting audio track.

Delivered in comfortable surroundings of Eastthorpe Hall, Mirfield, a beautiful former spa. Sessions.

Not feeling sociable? Many people with low confidence aren't, but these are low pressure, small group sessions, where most of the session involves you laid under a blanket with your eyes closed. Nice and easy!

We have a range of laying down or seated options for you to choose from. We also have 1 weighted blanket and 1 heated blanket. If you have a favourite blanket, you're more than welcome to bring it with you.

The beautiful grounds of Eastthorpe Hall make a lovely setting for a confidence-boosting workshop.

I'm Louise, I'm a 15 year qualified hypnotherapist and former nurse. I'm the resident clinical hypnotherapist at Eastthorpe Hall, a beautifully relaxing former spa in the heart of Mirfield.

I'm fully insured and dual registered - with GHR (as a senior hypnotherapist) and accredited by CNHC. You're in good hands!
