Join Mental Health Matters Wales and Adult Learning Wales for a free 3-week course aimed at building confidence and boosting self-esteem. This friendly and interactive programme will help participants develop a better understanding of:

  • What defines self-confidence and self-esteem
  • How our behaviour can positively impact confidence and self-esteem
  • The importance of communication techniques

This course is open to adults and is designed to be supportive, inclusive, and empowering.

Yes! The course is completely free to attend, thanks to funding and support from Mental Health Matters Wales and Adult Learning Wales.

Yes we encourage participants to attend all three sessions to get the most benefit

Where is the course held?

At the MHM Wales Union Offices, Quarella Road, Bridgend, CF31 1JW. Easily accessible by public transport and car.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! We’ll provide all materials. Feel free to bring a notebook. Tea and coffee will be provided .

Is the venue accessible?

Yes – the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know in advance.
