Yes we encourage participants to attend all three sessions to get the most benefit

At the MHM Wales Union Offices, Quarella Road, Bridgend, CF31 1JW. Easily accessible by public transport and car.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! We’ll provide all materials. Feel free to bring a notebook. Tea and coffee will be provided .

Is the venue accessible?

Yes – the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know in advance.
