How it works

We come together as a small group and realise how much we have in common, as well as celebrating what makes us different.

Whether you attend a collective or a personal expression session, you will build confidence in your self-expression, through music and community involvement.

There is never any obligation to sing or step up to a microphone.

You will:

Explore your creativity without fear of judgment and receive support from the other participants

Learn to trust in the value of your ideas and how they touch and inspire others, whether you have any musical experience or not

Experience your ideas and feelings put to music - whether you choose to sing, speak or write and have me (singer songwriter) vocalise for you.

Personal Expression Sessions

In this small group gathering you explore your individual creative style. I create a safe space for you to bring your ideas and talent out into the open, get things off your chest. and allow your inner wisdom to reveal itself.You walk out of the session impressed by how each person is so different and inspiring. Feel encouraged by the other participants and surprise yourself.You will be given time to reflect, a writing prompt and some music to express your words over.Even one line spoken or sung over music can have great impact. If you prefer, I can sing or speak your words over the music of your choice. Occasionally we have a live musician.
