Confident leadership - leading without all the answers
Event Information
Description
Some people believe that every business leader should have all the answers. They believe that no matter how difficult, complex or obscure the question, a true leader has the answer.
“Not true” says John Maxwell, an authority on leadership. Successful leaders don’t know everything. They have learned that they don’t need to know everything or to have all the answers. It is a common myth that undermines the confidence of most senior managers.
How about you? If someone asks you a question related to some aspect of your organisation and you don’t know the answer, what would you do? How would you react? Do you feel insecure? Do you feel inhibited and therefore seek to control events to ensure it does not occur?
At this seminar we will cover the key reasons as to why leaders think the way that they do. We will then cover some tools, techniques and work arounds to help resolve the issue.
There will be plenty of time to network with like minded ambitious business leaders.
