This is for logging an expression of interest only at this stage. Anyone who logs interest will receive the initial earlybird link at least 3 days before it goes live so you have first choice on booking and getting the reduced rate.

This day workshop is a powerful step to becoming comfortable and effective, learning to embody some fundamentals about public speaking through games, use of imagination, and creative methods of communication in a way that will have you laughing and feeling confident.

Delivered by Cathy Towers, the session will explore the different elements of public speaking through the dynamics of your relationship with venue, clients, audience, etc and the relationship with yourself and your work. You will be able to use these skills whenever you need, from standing on stage to present a talk to being interviewed in person on radio/TV, speaking at a meeting, meeting the public, guiding and motivating volunteers or speaking at networks.

All abilities welcome, everyone can work within their comfort zone. It is safely held with clear boundaries and plenty of support to stretch yourself. Any questions? Call Cathy 07989 564660

Cathy is also offering the chance for attendees to have a radio interview with her about their work, cause, leisure interest - pre-recorded or live - on the Speaking Out show on Phonic FM following the workshop, and a copy of the recording for your own promotion.
