Confidentiality and Boundaries

By the end of this course delegates will have:

- Developed an understanding of what we mean by confidentiality and professional boundaries

- Developed an awareness of why clear boundaries are important in building positive relationships with service users

- Developed an understanding of why confidentiality matters

- Developed an understanding of how principles around confidentiality and boundaries can be practically applied when working with service users

Please note that whilst previous domestic violence knowledge is not essential, this training will look at these issues within a context of domestic violence.
