About this event

Join us in this workshop series facilitated by Bring Together, to provide you the tools in managing conflict and pursue effective communication techniques within your organisation or team. Too often these are the blocks to reaching a shared vision, effective strategy development and achieving key outcomes. We aim to support you in this journey over the course of 4 interactive learning sessions, engaging with other leaders, real case scenarios and attaining certificates of completion.

Key Session Topics:

Behavioural Styles and Responses

· Understand initial reactions to conflict: avoidance, confrontation, collaboration

· Impact on conflict resolution outcomes

Perceptions and Assumptions

· Identify how assumptions escalate conflicts

· Learn constructive conversation reframing

Non-Violent Communication Techniques

· Master active listening and empathy

· Strategies for mutually beneficial outcomes

Emotional Intelligence

· Recognise and manage emotions effectively

· Prevent escalation through emotional awareness

Light refreshments will be provided at the workshops.

One ticket represents one individual space at one event. If multiple people are attending from the same organisation, or you are attending multiple dates, please book tickets individually.
