About this event

This is an online session and will take place over Microsoft Teams

This course is aimed at reception / admin staff who are first point of contact for patients.

This on-line workshop is designed to give the delegates an understanding and explanation of the positive impact that practice staff can have on managing conflict with patients, whether as a result of care navigation attempts or in a wider sense.

Some of the topics we will cover:

  • Supporting you to feel more confident in dealing with conflict situations and be clear on how to stay safe.
  • Have a deeper understanding on the causes of conflict.
  • Have an increased understanding of the needs of the patient.

A link will be sent out closer to the time of the session so make sure the email address you have provided is accessed before the session.

If you are booking more than one person on the session you need to ensure an email address is provided for each person
