Confusion cooking is a lecture by Alberto Capatti and Martin Mansoor. Alberto Capatti icon food writer of La Storia della Cucina Italiana and one of the authors of the wel known Silver Spoon, or Il Cucchiaio d'Argento, one of the most used Italian kitchen reference works originally published in 1950 by the design and architecture magazine Domus. Martin Mansoor is the charismatic Dutch chef of the former St Martin in Amsterdam.
Confusion Cooking is one lecture in a series of eleven Design Language Talks that are organized at the international design exhibition Design Language during the Milan Design Week.
