About this event
CONNECT
"Connection is why we're here. It is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives." – Brené Brown
We live in a world where we are connected but so disconnected from ourselves, from one another, from nature and from our inner wisdom. CONNECT is a remembering to bring you back to your center and your true essence.
This 2-hour immersive experience blends meditation, journaling, Conscious Connected Breathwork, immersive sound, and the weightlessness of aerial relaxation hammocks. The studio is transformed with candlelight and shifting tones so the space feels otherworldly, transporting you into a different world. Every detail is designed to help the body soften, the mind quieten and the heart reconnect, all set to an incredible playlist curated especially for this event.
The journey
• Meditation to ground you and bring you into your center
• Journaling prompts to explore the theme of connection and what it looks like to you in this season
• Conscious Connected Breathwork to access deeper layers of your emotional world
• Aerial relaxation hammocks for full recalibration, cocooned in suspension and listening to immersive sound
Connect is for anyone looking for a moment to come home to themselves, to release what feels heavy, to rediscover clarity and to remember what it feels like to simply be.
