Connect and Create is a 6 week FREE course for people who are ready to bring about change in their lives, we will be exploring practical ways to deal with stress and anxiety and build resilience, giving you opportunities to share issues and concerns and helping you explore your gifts and passions.

Connect and Connect will provide an open space for trying out creative arts, building community and exploring ways to make Dursley a more creative space.

We will be exploring issues around gratitude, our gifts, our inner selves all through the medium of Art.

Participants will be offered the opportunity to lead a session if they wish but there is definitely no requirement for this and you can just come along and enjoy the sessions.
