We’re going to trial hosting a regular Connect Café for you all.


≈ The Offering ≈

- Starting with a facilitated wellbeing practice & check-in

- Space & time to use in the way you need - with different zones of engagement;

  • Laptop zone; for that boring admin/online training/ marketing task
  • Chatty zone; connect with each other/skill-share/problem-solve…
  • Self-care zone; a quieter laptop-free space to journal, draw, stretch, meditate

- A topic-based talk/facilitated circle.

- A free all-day help-yourself tea and coffee station!

12:15 - 12:30 ≈ Arrival cuppa

12:30 - 13:30 ≈ Wellbeing Practice + Check-in

13:30 - 14:15 ≈ BYO Lunch Break + networking

14:15 - 15:30 ≈ Zone time (laptop/chatty/self-care)

15:30 - 17:00 ≈ Topic-based Talk/Facilitated Circle*

17:00 - 17:15 ≈ Departure


*This session will be used as a reflective and visioning space to explore what’s current for you in navigating your professional practice, as well as gathering your input to inform future meetings.
