A calm, supportive space for those who have experienced grief and loss. This is a free-flow, no-pressure session with no right or wrong way.

Simply come as you are, express yourself at your own pace, and create in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Starting with short introductions, a gentle grounding exercise, Lets get creative, break and refreshments, reflection and sharing (if you feel comfortable) and closing.
