Join the Institute of Physics for this Skills Development Workshop: 'Resilience - strategies for coping in uncertain times'

About this Event

During this interactive session, 'Resilience - strategies for coping in uncertain times' you will learn how to build your resilience to bounce back from difficult situations and adapt to these challenging times with increased confidence.

This webinar will be delivered by Mario Moustras, who will help you to:

  • Understand the importance of maintaining your resilience in these challenging times, so you can continue to perform successfully
  • Identify tools to maintain your resilience
  • Support others with their resilience

Mario trained as a coach and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) professional credential from the International Coaching Federation. He has worked with scientists, technologists and engineers across many sectors throughout his career. Mario has a PhD in chemistry, is a Chartered Scientist and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.

This hour-long webinar will be punctuated with polls and a question and answer session.
