This series of five separate one-hour, interactive webinars strongly complement each other, providing you with a unique combination of theory, inspiration, tools and practical techniques to help you align, engage and unite individuals in your team, break the sylos and move forward together with clarity, purpose and direction. Be ready to adapt to the impacts of COVID and grab the opportunities.

Hosted by Explosive Learning Solutions and Alliotts advocated coach Anthony Willoughby from the Nomadic School of Business, regardless of whether you are an executive looking for new and inspirational ways to lead yourself and your teams during the recent disruptions, an entrepreneur wishing to clarify that everyone is 'still on your map' or an ambitious individual looking for which path to take, this course is for everyone.

WORKSHOPS:

1. Thursday 22 April: 10:00-11:00: 'Developing a Strategy Out Of The Pandemic'

Chris Cairns from Alliotts will introduce the workshop series and share an outline of what's to come! Anthony Willoughby will then lead a session of Territory Mapping using ancient solutions to tackle today's unprecedented leadership challenges.

2. Friday 30 April: 10:00-11:00: ‘How are we Doing Business in a COVID World’

David George from Explosive Learning Solutions will look at how business has adapted and innovated, talking about challenges and looking for opportunities to maximise potential, assess risk and protect your business.

3. Thursday 6 May: 14:00-15:00: 'How To Take Your Team With You'

Anthony Willoughby will continue the journey, sharing inspiring stories about his learnings from conversations with indigenous leaders and how to plan forwards, adapting to the uncertainties ahead incorporating details of the Trust Wheel.

4. Friday 14 May: 10:00-11:00: 'A Change of Direction'

ELS will talk around businesses having adapted quickly and efficiently to prosper in a new direction, plus how communication and skills development support these changes.

5. Thursday 20 May: 10:00-11:00: 'Bringing It All Together'

The teams will collaboratively wrap up the learnings and common themes from the workshop series. Including Mental health topics for bringing teams together plus supporting and safeguarding employees through moral and due diligence activities.
