Are you looking for inspiration and support for your menus and catering development?
Do you want to use more local ingredients and showcase the islands natural larder?
Would you like support on marketing to highlight provenance and deliver uplift for your business?
The workshops have been specifically developed for a range of businesses on the islands, including varying price points and skill sets within your kitchen. Whether you are a B&B, café, manage self-catering establishments, a tourism destination or hotel, we invite you to join us to develop the local food and drink offering from the island.
Marketing advice and support will be provided by Kerry Alison, ex global brand and marketing director for Brewdog. Catering support will be on hand from Chef John Watret who started his career working for local establishments in the Scottish borders. He has since moved on to private hire positions, working around the world with Formula One teams, to fine dining restaurants including Michelin-starred restaurant the Three Chimneys on Skye. The workshops are delivered by Connect Local in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Visit Outer Hebrides.
