What is the group like?

This is a dedicated and confidential support group for people living with HIV.It's a safe space to discuss challenges, receive empathy, gain insights, and build confidence.Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with HIV for some time, this group offers a chance to connect with peers who have walked a similar path.

Meet Your Host, Kelly!

Our group is facilitated by the wonderful Kelly, our HIV Peer Support Worker. Kelly's role is rooted in her own lived experience, and she is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels heard and understood.

In her own words: "The core of my role is to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood... I will help clients regain a sense of agency in their lives by sharing my own journey, offering practical coping strategies, and fostering a sense of community and belonging."

Kelly believes that "the most profound healing happens when people come together to share their stories, to understand one another, and to lift each other up," and she aims to create an environment where individuals can rediscover their own strength and resilience.

Is there a need to book?

We believe everyone deserves to live a life free from stigma, discrimination, and isolation.
