About Connected Procurement
The NW region has had a strong public sector procurement network for many years however in line with pressures on the sector, resources to support the network’s activities have diminished.
Connected Procurement is a new initiative to develop and grown the community of procurement professional in the North West region, to keep colleagues up to date on hot topics, changing legislation and opportunities and to create space to think through the challenges facing procurement professionals.
The Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) is helping ensure the viability of the network, working with colleagues in iNetwork.
The network is open to anyone who’s organisations are members of iNetwork, which includes almost all councils, NHS Police and Fire & Rescue organisations in the North West. A full list of members is available at www.i-network.org.uk.
