Dan arweiniad y Rowenna Williams wych o Celf Gwyllt Cymru — Ymarferydd Celfyddydau mewn Iechyd gydag arbenigedd mewn gwehyddu, celf amgylcheddol a myfyrdod.
🧶 Beth i’w Ddisgwyl
Mae pob sesiwn yn gyfle i arafu, cysylltu â chymryd rhan mewn prosiect celf neu grefft newydd. O weithgareddau tymhorol fel pentatonig dail yr hydref i dechnegau argraffu cyffrous a chrefftau ysbrydoledig gan natur — mae rhywbeth arbennig i bawb, beth bynnag fo’u hoedran neu allu.
🧩 Dewch â Dim – Rydyn Ni'n Darparu'r Cyfan! Rydym yn darparu pob deunydd crefft, yn ogystal â gemau a chwarelwyr i gadw dwylo bach yn brysur. Dewch ag ychydig o ddychymyg!
🌿 Arweinyddiaeth Ofalus a Chynhwysol Mae Rowenna nid yn unig yn meddu ar arbenigedd creadigol anhygoel ond hefyd brofiad blynyddoedd lawer yn gweithio gyda phlant, rhieni ac unigolion o bob cefndir. Mae hi’n creu awyrgylch hamddenol a diogel lle mae pob cyfranogwr yn teimlo’n gefnogol ac wedi’u hysbrydoli. Mae’r sesiynau hyn yn dathlu creadigrwydd, yn meithrin hyder, ac yn creu atgofion.
👨👩👧👦 Hwyl i’r Teulu i Gyd Mae croeso i frodyr a chwiorydd hefyd, ac mae’r gweithgareddau’n cael eu teilwra fel bod pawb — ifanc a hyn — yn gallu cymryd rhan a mynd adref gyda rhywbeth maen nhw’n falch ohono.
🫶 Mwy na Chrefft yn Unig Mae'r cyfarfodydd ddwywaith y mis hyn wedi dod yn rhan werthfawr o'r gymuned - lle gall plant feithrin sgiliau cymdeithasol a mynegi eu hunain yn rhydd, a lle gall rhieni rannu straeon, dod o hyd i gefnogaeth, a gwneud cyfeillgarwch parhaol.
“Rydyn ni wastad yn edrych ymlaen at y sesiynau Dydd Sul yma,” meddai un rhiant. “Mae wedi helpu fy mhlentyn i agor fyny, ac rydw i wedi gwneud ffrindiau gwych hefyd. Mae’n le arbennig i ni i gyd.”
Dewch am y crefftau, arhoswch am y cysylltiadau. 🌟
Croeso i bawb — gadewch i ni greu rhywbeth hardd gyda’n gilydd. 🎨🍂

🎟️ Am ddim – Archebu'n hanfodol!
Diolch i’r Loteri Genedlaethol, mae’r sesiynau’n rhad ac am ddim!

“We always look forward to these Sunday sessions,” says one parent. “They’ve helped my child come out of their shell, and I’ve made some wonderful friends too. It’s a special space for all of us.”
