💥 Beth i’w Ddisgwyl

Dim profiad? Dim problem!

Rydyn ni’n dechrau gyda chynhesu, ac wedyn 30 munud o waith pad difyr a chanolbwyntiedig rhwng rhiant a phlentyn. Byddwch yn dyrnu, yn symud, ac yn gweithio fel tîm — gan ddysgu sgiliau bocsio go iawn mewn amgylchedd diogel a chefnogol.

🧤 Menig Ymlaen!

Bydd angen set o fenig bocsio ar bob cyfranogwr. Dyma ganllaw cyflym i ddewis y maint cywir:

Oedolion: 16 owns

Arddegau: 12–14 owns

Dan 12 oed: 8–10 owns

Mae menig ysgafnach yn berffaith ar gyfer y math yma o hyfforddiant — maen nhw’n cynnig digon o badin heb eich arafu.

👨‍🏫 Cyfarfod â’ch Hyfforddwr

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Lleoedd Cyfyngedig – Effaith Fawr

Dim ond 8 teulu fesul dosbarth, sy’n sicrhau bod pob rhiant a phlentyn yn cael sylw ac arweiniad unigol. Mae hyn yn fwy na bocsio — mae’n ymwneud â meithrin ymddiriedaeth, ffitrwydd a chysylltiad rhyngoch chi a’ch plentyn.

📅 Dyddiad: Ail Ddydd Sul pob mis

💥 What to Expect

No experience? No problem! We start with a short warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of fun and focused pad work between parent and child. You’ll be punching, moving, and working as a team — learning real boxing skills in a safe, supportive setting.

🧤 Gloves On

Each participant will need their own set of boxing gloves. Here's a quick guide to choosing the right size:

  • Adults: 16 oz
  • Teens: 12–14 oz
  • Under 12s: 8–10 oz
  • Lighter gloves are best for this kind of training — they provide plenty of padding without weighing you down.
