Connecting Collections: Art Libraries in Collaboration
Event Information
About this Event
LALIC (Leeds Art Libraries in Cooperation) is pleased to offer this free event focusing on collaborative working between art libraries in the region. LALIC is one of the few regional groups of art libraries in Britain and this year we celebrate 25 years of working together. We aim to provide mutual support for member libraries and share knowledge, expertise and good practice with anyone working with art and design collections.
This event is designed to stimulate new ideas for joint projects and events in the future and includes speakers from a fascinating range of libraries across the sector. This is an opportunity to meet colleagues from art and design collections in the region and hear about collaborative projects further afield. We are delighted to welcome speakers from the British Library Living Knowledge Network and the Women’s Art Library, Goldsmiths, University of London.
This event has been sponsored by ARLIS UK and Ireland Art Libraries Society.
