• Adèle B-f, Founder of Radical Self Love and registered Dance Movement Pyschotherapist will show you how to open your mind to dream, allowing you to listen to your authentic self, inner child and the potential you have within you
  
• Sinéad Robertson, Founder of Empower, Evolve, Energise and accredited life coach, will guide you through a very powerful visualisation exercise in which you will define what you would truly love to create for 2020, in all aspects of your life

• You will imprint your Vision onto your mind by crafting your own 2020 Vision Board!

• Take your vision-board home of course!
  

Start this new decade by getting a clearer idea on the life you truly want to create for yourself, and use 2020 as a stepping stone to your bigger vision. Your goals for 2020 will set you up for the rest of your life!

FAQ

Do I have to bring anything?

YES! Please bring a notebook to write down and take away your intentions. You are welcome to bring a blanket, cushion and yoga mat for extra comfort.

Please wear comfortable clothing to move in and your own snack for break time.
