We are very excited to be running this training session in partnership with Birmingham Schools Connection!
We have no doubt that this session will be inspirational!
We will cover the basics of how a church can make initial contact with a school, through to journeying and deepeing the connection over a number of years. We will hear stories of what has worked across two cities - Bristol and Birmingham. And give you lots of ideas for you to consider trying in your own context - from Christmas assemblies to chaplaincy, prayer spaces in school to running a lunchtime club, reading with children to fresh experessions of church, and much much more. There will be space to ask questions and dialogue together.
Whether you are just starting on this journey of connecting wtih schools or you have prioritised connecting for years, we would love you to join us as we continue to learn together.
