About the event
Give Your Best and Satya Yoga invite you to unwind and reconnect in a nurturing 60-minute Hatha yoga session with Cat. This class offers a gentle approach to yoga, focusing on connecting your body and mind. We'll begin with pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, followed by mindful movement to release tension and build awareness. The session will conclude with a guided meditation to help you find deep relaxation and focus. This class is suitable for all levels and is a great way to unwind and reconnect with yourself. No experience necessary. What you’ll need: a yoga mat; something to keep you warm during meditation; water.
