There are so many pressures on us to be the best version of ourselves, to be more productive, more successful, to be, well more. This weekly session is about giving you space to be whoever and however you are right now. No masks, no pretence, no effort.

You might find that you leave feeling energised, uplifted, and totally ready to face the day - I often find Wednesdays are now my most productive day. You might leave feeling a sense of shared experience and of being less alone. You might be more peaceful and feel a renewed sense of gratitude and positivity. You might realise you simply need a nap. It's all welcomed and celebrated.

This online circle features a gentle movement practice suitable for all ages and bodies, a simple meditation, and facilitated sharing. This circle is dedicated to feeling and sensing into our bodies and each others' presence to reconnect with the inner stillness that's there whatever is happening around us.

In the midst of chaos and crisis, we can still access calm and connection right here in our original homes - our Body. And we can do this in community with each other.
