Every time you share a vulnerable side of yourself, you normalise it for someone else. And yourself.

About this event

There are so many pressures on us to be the best version of ourselves, to be more productive, more successful, to be, well more. This weekly session is about giving you space to be whoever and however you are right now. No masks, no pretence, no effort.

During this online circle, you will be invited into some gentle movement (suitable for all ages and bodies - possibly some dancing if you'd like), short guided meditation and visualisation, facilitated sharing through authentic relating games in pairs, small groups and the whole circle. Everything is optional.

No prior experience of authentic relating or embodied practice is required.

You might find that you leave feeling energised, uplifted, and totally ready to face the day - I often find Wednesdays are now my most productive day. You might leave feeling a sense of shared experience and of being less alone. You might be more peaceful and feel a renewed sense of gratitude and positivity. You might realise you simply need a nap. It's all welcomed and celebrated.

This session is offered on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis, recognising that many of us are in uncertain financial situations. Suggested donation: £10. If you can give more, you're helping support those who can afford less at this time.

The group is limited to 12 spaces. The Zoom Room will be open 10 minutes before we start so you can settle in and doors will close 5 minutes after the event starts.

Hi, my name is Vix and I'm the founder and Chief Energy Officer at The Practical Balance.

I guide overachievers, overthinkers and recovering perfectionists out of the creative rut and into a place where they can get things done and feel good about themselves. With my own experience in high-stress environments from warzones to boardrooms, I'm an advocate for using the principles of cyclical living to help people manage their energy and their emotions to build a more sustainable and authentic way of living and working.
