Event description
Group coaching workshop on a different relationship topic each week

About this event

WHO? This coaching workshop is for womxn* with any relationship status or design (single, monogamous, non-monogamous) and any sexual orientation.

*womxn: women, non-binary, trans. All people respectful of a female space.

WHY? A great opportunity to check in with yourself and your romantic relationship(s). Your attendance doesn’t mean you have relationship problems (it’s fine if you have and if you haven’t). It does mean you are committed to living a fulfilling, conscious relationship.

SAFETY. Together we will create a safe, warm, friendly environment where feelings, growth, understanding and compassion can flourish. Numbers are capped at 8 people.

NO LATECOMERS. Because we are creating a safe container together, we will close the zoom doors 5 minutes after the start time. (Perhaps log-in early so you’re there when the zoom doors open.) We cannot give you a refund, but you may wish to go on the reserve list for the following week.

TOPICS. Each week we focus on a theme. This can be your suggestion. I will also bring ideas. These could be broad ideas e.g. navigating a change, working through a dilemma. Or specific topics e.g. heartbreak, jealousy, commitment, cheating, boundaries, family, opening up, communication.

Why the image? There is a saying about magpies, “One for sorrow, two for joy”. I believe it represents the reality of all romantic relationships, the sorrow and the joy, the darkness and the light. By accepting both, through understanding, we build resilience, become better at repair, and open up space to achieve a fulfilling relationship with ourselves and our partner(s).
