Connection to Values

Take a pause from the busyness of life and join us for a three-hour, psychologist-led workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and rediscover what truly matters to you. Whether you're navigating uncertainty, going through a life transition, or simply seeking deeper meaning, this supportive session offers space to explore your values, clarify direction, and connect to a sense of purpose.

Through a blend of guided reflection, facilitated group conversation and connected movement, you'll have the chance to:

  • Explore what you value most beneath life’s noise
  • Learn how your values can help guide you during times of change or challenge
  • Begin shaping boundaries and decisions that reflect the life you want to live

We offer you an afternoon of grounding, reflection, and connection. Emotions are welcome here. This is a supportive, non-judgemental space, and the facilitators are trained to hold space for emotional experiences. You're always free to take a pause, step out, or speak to a facilitator if you need support.

We encourage the use of journalling, or drawing throughout, and will provide materials. Please do bring a journal if this is within your practice. Comfortable clothing is recommended, especially for grounding or movement-based exercises (all optional).

This in-person workshop will be held at Wellness Centre, Life by Margot, 84 Park Road,London, N8 8JQ.

Spaces are limited to ensure a comfortable group with space for sharing. Reserve your place today.

We look forward to welcoming you.
