The Connectors Circle Gathering: Weaving Soul, Emotion & Connection in Community

Introducing the Connectors Circle Gatherings—a series of intimate, heart-led spaces where we come together to explore one essential question:

How do we create deeper and more meaningful relationships between communities—and within them?

This is a space for those who sense that community must be more than just structure. It must be alive—with emotion, with soul, with joy and grief, with fire and stillness.

Together, we ask:

How do we bring emotion back into our shared spaces?

How do we allow peace to root, while also making space for war cries of justice, and the quiet rage that resists apathy?

How do we rage against the dying of the light—and still find joy in the morning?

How do we feel the full ecstasy of the world, and carry it into our communities as nourishment, not burden?

This gathering is an invitation to:

  • Share tools for soulful facilitation and inclusive community design
  • Explore the emotional landscapes of community—grief, joy, awe, anger, tenderness
  • Practice honest, compassionate conversations that hold complexity and conflict
  • Reimagine care not as an afterthought, but as a foundation
  • Reclaim community as a place of meaning, mystery, and shared humanity

The Connectors Circle is not about performing community—it’s about living it. Feeling it. Letting it shape us.
