Description

In partnership with Lloyds Banking Group and presenting -

‘Stepping Forward and Breaking Out’ (SFBO) is a yearly youth empowerment event with a vision to empower, educate and build the confidence of young individuals under 27 from ethnic minority backgrounds. Encouraging them to dream big and overcome the barriers within their minds stopping them from actualising their full potential.

The bigger vision is to be able to pair Mentees and Mentors together, provide mentees with tools that will equip them to be confident, get the dream job of their desire, develop and also help to connect them with the right people or channels that will eventually lead them to live a successful life.

This year’s event will focus on ‘Conquering Your Fears’. Where we will learn from our speakers how they have been able to conquer their fears to achieve success in their careers. This will be followed by a panel discussion on steps to take to Step Forward and Break Out of the box they have been trapped in to help change the trajectory of their lives.
