Amid the noise and pace of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. We often carry tension, emotion and old stories that quietly weigh us down. This session is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to reconnect.

Through conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement and guided visualisation, you’ll be supported to release what no longer serves you and return to a place of balance, freedom and clarity.

Conscious connected breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that takes you beyond the thinking mind and into deeper connection with your body and inner wisdom. In this guided two-hour experience, you’ll be invited to clear stagnant energy and create space for what you truly wish to call in.

Through somatic movement and breath, you’ll soften what has been held within the body, shifting from tension into flow. The breath becomes your compass, guiding you towards awareness, release and renewal.

As the journey unfolds, you’ll be guided through visualisation and intention to connect with the courage and clarity that already live within you, so you can move forward feeling lighter, freer and more aligned with your truest self.

The session closes with deep rest and integration, allowing you to return to stillness and to anchor what you’ve experienced.

Important details

The doors will close at 7.20pm.

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the session as late entry will not be permitted due to the nature of this event.

What to bring: layers that you can add/remove as your body temperature can shift, a water bottle, a notepad and pen as journalling will be optional.

Avoid caffeine & other stimulants before the event.

Avoid alcohol & other mind altering substances the day before and the day of the event.

Avoid eating 2 hours before the event.

Breathwork can be a very powerful practice and your safety and wellbeing are always the priority. If you are pregnant, or if you are currently working with or have previously experienced a significant health condition, please contact me before booking. Any information you share will remain strictly confidential. This does not automatically prevent you from joining, it simply allows me to ensure the session is safe and supportive for you.

This practice may not be suitable for those with the following conditions:

  • Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar disorder, or psychosis
  • Unmanaged PTSD
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Serious heart conditions or arrhythmia
  • COPD or other significant lung conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • High blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting
  • Severe asthma, glaucoma, or detached retina
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Recent major surgery
  • Severe panic attacks
  • Pacemakers or metal implants
