Step into a space of flow, where the mind quiets, the body softens, and you can simply be.This 2-hour in-person breathwork and aerial hammock experience designed to guide you into deep relaxation and self-exploration.Liza will lead you through Conscious Connected Breathwork and Embodiment, using breath to bring safety into the body and create space to meet whatever comes up with curiosity and compassion. This immersive session integrates meditation, light, aromatherapy, sound, and the weightless embrace of floating hammocks, creating a multi-sensory environment that allows you to drop into deep rest and release.What to Expect:Grounding embodied meditation – Centering the body, calming the nervous system, and preparing you for the breathwork journey ahead.Conscious Connected Breathwork & Embodiment – A guided breathwork sequence designed to release tension, increase flow, and invite presence.To make the most of your experience:- Floating Hammocks – Experience the unique combination of breathwork and aerial hammocks, allowing the body to be cradled in weightlessness, promoting deep relaxation and integration.- Fully immersive environment – A blend of soft lighting, aromatherapy, and curated soundscapes to heighten your experience.- A supportive community – Connect with like-minded individuals on a shared journey of self-discovery.This 2-hour session is designed to reset your nervous system, deepen your connection to self, and create space for whatever needs to come up. Whether you seek stillness, release, or simply a moment of weightless ease, this breathwork and floating hammock experience is an opportunity to surrender, soften, and be fully present.How to prepare:Arrive early: Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, as doors will close at 7:00 pm.Dress comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the session.Eat lightly: We recommend avoiding heavy meals and caffeine at least 2.5 hours before the session.This even is held in a stunning new studio based in Hackney Downs - Checkout We The Conscious for all upcoming workshops and weekly sessions.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK DISCLAIMERThis style of breathwork is for over 18’s only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pacemaker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery. Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Hey I’m Liza Al Sady and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.About 6 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing.I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down.Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK. I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment.This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand, aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.
