Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformational technique that uses the power of circular breathing to release tension, boost energy, and reconnect you with your true self.
During a session, we will breathe to a curated playlist, gently unravelling the knots in your nervous system and creating space for renewal.
Your guide, Ramon, is a Breathwork Guide and Performance Coach whose mission is to enable you to live life better.
For the Session:
- Bring a yoga mat and blanket
- Wear loose clothing - something you would wear to an exercise or yoga class.
Please note:
Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older.
It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions.
The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
