About this event
Conscious Connected Breathwork in Liverpool
Come and join us for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork at Bohemian Stars studio — a cosy, nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and take time just for you.
We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement to release tension from the body before moving into the breath.
Using a powerful circular breathing pattern, you’ll be guided to release tension, activate and reset your nervous system, and connect with your authentic self. With music to support your journey, the practice creates space to move through stuck emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and discover fresh clarity — without needing to talk or explain.
The experience can be both energising and expansive, and you’ll always be in control, supported to go at the pace that feels right for you.
✨ What to Expect:
💨 Emotional release and nervous system regulation
🧠 Mental clarity and insight
🌿 A return to embodiment and presence
🔮 Connection to your intuition or inner guidance
🌱 Space for healing, transformation, and growth
🍫 Cacao Closing Ritual
We'll end with a cup of ceremonial cacao — a gentle, heart-opening way to ground and integrate your experience.
