What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) involves deep rhythmic breathing which can allow you to enter non-normal states of consciousness. Breathing this way quietens your chatterbox, egoic, constant internal narrative, forcing your conscious mind to kind of take a wander and giving space to your subconscious to go and explore. You can go on euphoric journeys, release emotions you’ve been holding on to or not felt safe to confront, or simply come out of the session feeling an overwhelming sense of bliss. It’s an amazing practice with profound mental and physical benefits, including mental clarity, reduced stress, better emotional regulation and enhanced respiratory function - one of the biggest predictors of longevity. Combining the practice with movement gives the body a complete service, providing a wholly restorative wellbeing event.

Heyyyyy people I'm Danny. 9-5 I slog it in corporate working as a trader but CANNOT wait until I build up this side of my life up enough to sustain a living. I was absolutely blown away on a month-long breathwork teacher training in South Africa and have since made it my mission (sounds very gradiose) to introduce as many people as possible to the practice... it's truly life-changing. Other fun facts: I hold a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I have a masters in Chemical Engineering and in October I'm heading to Kings to study a masters in Neuroscience and Psychology of the Mind-Body Interface. I had asthma as a kid and having also competed to a high level in football I'm honestly baffled it took 32 years to learn the importance of correct breathing.
