🌬 What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful and intentional breathing technique that uses a continuous, circular breath—without pauses between the inhale and exhale—to activate physical, emotional, and energetic healing.
Through this rhythmic, open-mouth breath, the body is flooded with oxygen, the mind quiets, and deep layers of emotion, trauma, and stored energy can rise to the surface to be cleared, integrated, and released.
Unlike gentle breathing practices focused on relaxation, CCB is an activating journey. It can lead to profound emotional release, expanded states of consciousness, and spiritual awakening. It’s commonly used for healing inner wounds, breaking through energetic blocks, and reconnecting with your true self or spiritual guidance.
In a session, the breath becomes your medicine—and the body and soul know exactly where to take you.
🌬 How to Do Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
- Find a Comfortable Space — Sit or lie down where you won’t be disturbed.
- Begin with Deep, Connected Breathing — Breathe through your mouth with a smooth, circular rhythm: inhale deeply, then exhale fully without pausing between breaths.
- Keep the Breath Flowing — Allow the inhale to immediately follow the exhale, creating a continuous, connected breath cycle.
- Focus on the Sensations — Notice how the breath moves in your body, where you feel tension or expansion, and any emotions that arise.
- Allow Emotions to Surface — It’s normal to feel sensations like tingling, shaking, or emotional release—welcome these as part of your healing process.
- Stay Present and Open — Trust the process, breathe deeply, and stay with whatever comes up.
- Close the Session Gently — When you’re ready, slow your breath and return to a natural rhythm, then rest quietly to integrate.
Mental & Emotional Experiences:
- Emotional release – tears, laughter, anger, joy, grief
- Memories resurfacing (from childhood or trauma)
- Insights or intuitive messages
- Connection to higher guidance (e.g. feeling Archangels, spirit, or energy)
- Altered states of consciousness or feeling outside the body
- Ego resistance – inner chatter, doubt, fear coming up before release
- Deep sense of peace, clarity, or expansion after the peak
Important Notes:
- All sensations are part of your body's natural detox and energetic release process.
- Most symptoms pass within minutes after the session ends.
- Staying present, allowing the breath, and trusting the process helps navigate intensity.
- Integration (rest, hydration, journaling) afterward is key.
Physical Sensations (All generally temporary and normal):
- Tingling or vibrating in the hands, face, or body
- Muscle tension or cramping (especially hands/feet – known as tetany)
- Temperature changes (feeling hot or cold)
- Lightheadedness or dizziness
- Changes in breathing rhythm (can feel fast, deep, or intense)
- Tightness or movement in the chest or throat
- Involuntary movements or shaking as energy releases
- Dry mouth or increased saliva
- Yawning, coughing, burping, or crying as energy shifts
