Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
Overview
Welcome to your Breathwork Journey!
What to Expect:
A three hour guided Breathwork, Somatics and Meditation session, combining Science + Spirituality, to deep dive into the subconscious mind.
You will:
- Learn about the WHAT and HOW of conscious connected breathwork
- Learn the breathwork patterns
- Meditate and set intentions for the session
- Be guided through a 45 minute upregulating breathwork session
- Have integration time after the session to reflect upon the experience
How to Prepare:
- Please do not eat one hour prior to your session.
- Bring with you a journal and pen.
- Being comfy warm clothing and an eye mask if you have one
- Bring anything you would like to add intentionally to an alter space.
Who should NOT do Breathwork:
Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, History of aneurysms, Epilepsy or history of seizures, Anyone on heavy medication, Severe psychiatric symptoms, particular psychosis or paranoia, Bipolar depression, Osteoporosis, Recent surgery, Glaucoma, Pregnancy, Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support, Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and we generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning Breathwork.
