Join online for an evening of breathwork. Harnessing the power of your own breath you'll be guided through a practice of conscious connected breathwork — a simple yet powerful practice that involves deep, circular breathing, giving access to heightened states of awareness for relaxation, self-exploration and healing. The power of breath can enhance your physical and mental health, boost your immunity and cardiovascular strength, bring states of deep relaxation and calm, and open the door to spiritual insights.

As it's online, you will need:

  • Uninterrupted space that you can go deep into the practice without being disturbed.
  • A good set of headphones or speaker. Music and guidance will be played throughout.
  • A comfy position to sit and then lie in. It's recommended to be on a yoga mat or nice rug/carpet with any props, cushions and blankets to make your laying down as comfortable as possible.
  • A working webcam/phone camera that will be able to be positioned to see you when you are laying down
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • A water bottle
  • A journal & pen to write down experiences after the session
  • An open mind with a willingness to explore your breath and emotions during the session

Try not to eat a big, heavy meal up to 1.5 hours before the session begins.

If you are pregnant or working with any of the following: glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues such as angina, detached retina, previous heart attack or stroke, severe PTSD or trauma, diagnosed aneurysms in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or any psychiatric hospitalisation or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, please get in touch before booking.

In booking you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the breathwork session and you understand that the practice of breathwork may bring up emotions, feelings, and physical sensations that can be intense and potentially uncomfortable. You take full responsibility for your participation in the session and any consequences that may arise from them. You understand that it is your responsibility to communicate any discomfort, pain, or other concerns to the facilitator before or during the session. You have the right to stop or modify your participation in the session at any time and remain responsible for your own wellbeing.
