A Tonic For Overthinking Brains

We spend so much of life in our heads — planning, solving, overthinking —that we forget to live in the moment.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an antidote.

It offers a chance to press pause on the hustle and busyness of life.

To give your mind a rest.

To bring you back into your body, release tension, shift stuck emotions, and create space for new perspectives to emerge.

Whether you're brand new to breathwork or have practised before, this experience is for everyone.

The group is intentionally small so that each person feels supported and guided throughout.

Breathwork Benefits

No two experiences are the same and the benefits can be life-changing.

Here's what people can experience:

  • Feel lighter, calmer and less stressed
  • Ease tension and discomfort from aches and pains
  • Sleep deeply and feel more resilient
  • Think clearly, focus better; experience renewed perspectives
  • Process feelings and create emotional space
  • Connect with your intuition and sense of self
  • Boost energy; feel more awake, alive, and present
  • Break patterns and gain insight into behaviors that no longer serve you

If you’ve been feeling like something is holding you back, this practice might just be the key to getting unstuck.

What To Expect

We'll begin by introducing conscious connected breathwork, including how it works and giving you a sense of the experience ahead.

You’ll have time to ask questions before we dive in.

After setting an intention for the session, we’ll start the breathwork journey accompanied by a carefully curated playlist.

We’ll wrap up with a peaceful integration period to allow the effects to settle in, with time at the end to share your experience if you’d like and ask questions.

Important : Is Breathwork Right for You?

Although breathwork offers benefits for many, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance might be required.

Breathwork is contraindicated for individuals with:

  • Epilepsy or any seizure disorders
  • Glaucoma
  • Detached retina
  • History of severe mental health: Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Complex PTSD
  • Pregnancy: first trimester

You may consider consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in breathwork sessions if you suffer from any of the following conditions:

  • Heart conditions
  • Blood pressure problems
  • Respiratory illnesses
  • Eye problems
  • Other mental health issues

About

I'm Laura, a certified career, leadership and breathwork coach. I completed my breathwork training with Alan Dolan (founder of Breathguru®) after discovering its power in helping people get out of their heads and into the body to release old patterns and narratives. I work with people who are looking for a different way to live and work - one that is more intentional, more balanced and one that reflects who they are rather than who they think they should be.
