Welcome to the Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshop at Sheffield Yoga School! Join Carli for a powerful 2.5-hour workshop exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork — a transformative technique that links the inhale and exhale in a continuous flow, without pauses.
This practice nurtures self-awareness and can:

Every journey is different. Your breath will meet you where you are and give you what you need in that moment.
The session will begin with a warm welcome, introductions, and a short talk about Conscious Connected Breathwork. From there, you’ll be guided into a meditation before moving into the main breathwork journey — an invitation to breathe continuously for up to 50 minutes. Afterwards, there will be space to integrate through sharing, journaling, or drawing, so please bring a notebook and pens or pencils if you feel called to.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a strong practice and is not recommended for those with conditions such as epilepsy, heart problems, extremes of blood pressure, glaucoma or detached retina, a history of strokes or aneurysms, recent abdominal surgery, early or delicate pregnancy, or diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia. If any of these apply, an alternative breath will be offered. Waivers will be sent out prior to the event. It is not advised to eat anything heavy 2 hours prior to the breathwork, and remember to bring water!
