Conscious connected breathwork workshop
Overview
In this 1hour 45 minute breathwork workshop, you'll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey - a simple yet powerful breathing technique that can support stress release, support relaxation and help you connect more deeply with yourself and emotions. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed.
What to wear: comfortable clothing that doesn't constrict breathing & a warmer layer
What to bring: water, your own eye mask (optional - the yoga studio also provides them)
Preparation: I advise to avoid eating a heavy meal just before the workshop
The space: We The Conscious, 17 Amhurst Terrace, Hackney Downs Studios, E8 2BT (ground floor at the end of the terrace, opposite Brunswick East
Please arrive by 19:25, the studio doors will be closed from 19:35
Please note, this style of breathwork is not suitable for the anyone with the below conditions, please reach out if you'd like to discuss applicability to other health issues. By booking this ticket you are acknowledging that the following health conditions do not apply to you:
- Cardiovascular Disease (e.g., angina, recent heart attack, or stroke)
- Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
- Severe Arrhythmias
- Diagnosis of Aneurysm (brain or abdomen)
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy and/or Seizures
- Prior Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, or History of Psychosis
- Recent Psychiatric Hospitalisation or Emotional Crisis (within the last 12 months)
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Breathing problems such as asthma or COPD
- Uncontrolled Thyroid Conditions or Uncontrolled
