What is a Moon Circle?

Moon Circles are a time and place where usually those who are women gather to explore the 4 Cs – Community, Communication, Connection and Collaboration. Each circle is different and each Conscious Connection Moon Circle is different for everyone who attends.

Are sessions recorded?

No, due to the nature of the space these are not recorded.

Is what you offer considered a religious practice?

I do not call the Moon Circles a religious practice, but more of an alignment and reawakening practice that many indigenous cultures have practiced and still do. I do bring into the space my lifelong Yoga practice, heritage, Indic philosophies and teachings. I also bring in Shamanic wisdom.

What will I need to attend a Moon Circle online?

Somewhere comfortable and where you will not be disturbed if this is possible.I generally encourage Moon explorers to bring something to write on and write with. Each session offers a different flavour so the ask varies and those who sign up will be notified by email what to bring to the space.
