Event description
Join us and sector leaders in their field, to take a deep dive into how conscious leadership will enable us to thrive in the future of work.

About this Event

People-first HR.

Clear Review are proud to be sponsoring The Conscious Leadership Conference by Conscious Works. Natasha Wallace Founder and Chief Coach of Conscious Works and Clear Review's Head of Performance and Wellbeing is celebrating the launch of her first book; "The Conscious Effect: 50 Lessons for Better Organisational Wellbeing" .

We have organised a conference with interactive and informative discussions and debates from leaders in their field, you are invited to dive deep into how conscious leadership will enable us to thrive in the future of work.

We’ll explore how Conscious Leadership and a greater focus on self-care will help us to effectively tackle the ‘4th industrial revolution’ and keep ourselves and our organisations running effectively.

Part of the fix, is the extent to which leaders behave ‘well’ and create safe and inclusive environments where individual value is recognised and where people can grow. We also have to understand how to take care of our own wellbeing, across a spectrum of emotional, social and physical needs.
